Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola iqlim o‘zgarishining Yevropa iqtisodiyotiga ta’sirini moliyaviy va fizik xavflar nuqtai nazaridan kompleks tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda iqlim risklari, iqtisodiy yo‘qotishlar, energetika transformatsiyasi, infratuzilma barqarorligi hamda uzoq muddatli iqtisodiy prognozlar ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, monitoring mexanizmlari va strategik boshqaruv modellari taklif etiladi.

Аннотация. В данной статье представлен комплексный анализ влияния изменения климата на экономику Европы с точки зрения финансовых и физических рисков. В исследовании рассматриваются климатические риски, экономические потери, энергетическая трансформация, устойчивость инфраструктуры и долгосрочные экономические прогнозы. Также предлагаются механизмы мониторинга и модели стратегического управления.

Ключевые слова: изменение климата, экономические риски, европейская экономика, мониторинг, зеленая экономика, финансовая устойчивость.

Abstract. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of climate change on the European economy in terms of financial and physical risks. The study examines climate risks, economic losses, energy transformation, infrastructure resilience, and long-term economic forecasts. Monitoring mechanisms and strategic management models are also proposed.
