quality management in the food industry using the examples of \u201cBonu Shirinliklari\u201d LLC and \u201cIruskon\u201d LLC operating in the Jizzakh region. The study examines the practical application of quality management systems such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, HACCP, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000, as well as the possibilities for their integration. In addition, the importance of Industry 4.0 technologies, digital monitoring systems, and data analytics tools in ensuring product quality and safety is assessed.
