The increasing complexity of global financial markets and growing investment requirements necessitate the development of diversified financing instruments capable of supporting long-term economic modernization. This study examines theoretical and practical aspects of financing investment activities, evaluates existing financing mechanisms, and proposes an integrated model for enhancing investment financing efficiency.
