Annotatsiya:Ushbu maqolada paxta yetishtirish va qayta ishlash klasterlarida yer, suv, mehnat, moddiy-texnik hamda moliyaviy resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligini oshirish va ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida yuzaga keladigan iqtisodiy yo‘qotishlarni kamaytirish masalalari tadqiq etilgan. Klaster tizimida resurslardan foydalanish samaradorligiga ta’sir etuvchi tashkiliy-iqtisodiy va texnologik omillar tizimlashtirilgan. Paxta yetishtirishdan tortib uni qayta ishlash, saqlash va tayyor mahsulotga aylantirishgacha bo‘lgan bosqichlarda resurslarning ortiqcha sarflanishi, hosildorlikning pasayishi, xomashyo yo‘qotishlari va qo‘shimcha xarajatlarning shakllanish sabablari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, resurslardan foydalanishni raqamlashtirish, ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini muvofiqlashtirish, innovatsion agrotexnologiyalarni joriy etish va qo‘shilgan qiymat zanjirini optimallashtirish orqali iqtisodiy samaradorlikni oshirish yo‘nalishlari asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalari paxta klasterlarida resurslardan kompleks va tejamkor foydalanish, ishlab chiqarish tannarxini pasaytirish hamda iqtisodiy yo‘qotishlarni minimallashtirish bo‘yicha amaliy takliflarni ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.

Аннотация: В статье исследованы вопросы повышения эффективности использования земельных, водных, трудовых, материально-технических и финансовых ресурсов в хлопководческих и перерабатывающих кластерах, а также сокращения экономических потерь, возникающих на различных этапах производственного процесса. Систематизированы организационно-экономические и технологические факторы, определяющие эффективность использования ресурсов в кластерной системе. Проанализированы основные причины перерасхода ресурсов, снижения урожайности, потерь хлопкового сырья и формирования дополнительных затрат на этапах выращивания, переработки, хранения и последующего формирования готовой продукции. Обоснованы направления повышения экономической эффективности за счет цифровизации процессов управления ресурсами, совершенствования координации между участниками кластера, внедрения ресурсосберегающих агротехнологий и оптимизации цепочки создания добавленной стоимости. Полученные результаты позволяют сформировать практические рекомендации по комплексному и рациональному использованию ресурсов, снижению себестоимости продукции и минимизации экономических потерь в хлопководческих кластерах.

INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF RESOURCE USE AND REDUCING ECONOMIC LOSSES IN COTTON GROWING AND PROCESSING CLUSTERS

Abstract: This article examines the improvement of resource utilization efficiency and the reduction of economic losses in cotton production and processing clusters. Particular attention is paid to the efficient use of land, water, labor, material and technical, and financial resources throughout the cotton value chain. The organizational, economic, and technological factors affecting resource efficiency within the cluster system are systematized. The study analyzes the main causes of excessive resource consumption, declining productivity, raw cotton losses, and additional costs arising at the stages of cotton cultivation, processing, storage, and transformation into finished products. The paper substantiates key directions for improving economic efficiency through the digitalization of resource management, better coordination among cluster participants, the introduction of resource-saving agricultural technologies, and optimization of the value-added chain. The findings provide a basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at ensuring integrated and rational resource utilization, reducing production costs, and minimizing economic losses in cotton production and processing clusters.
