Annotatsiya. Maqolada hududiy infratuzilma taʼminotini barqaror rivojlantirishda “yashil” standartlarni joriy etishning nazariy-uslubiy, institutsional va tashkiliy-iqtisodiy yoʻllari tadqiq etilgan. Xalqaro ISO standartlari, resurs va energiya samaradorligi, iqlimga chidamlilik, ESG mezonlari hamda infratuzilma obyektlarining hayotiylik siklini boshqarish yondashuvlari tizimlashtirilgan. Oʻzbekiston sharoitida hududlarning tabiiy-iqlim, resurs, urbanizatsiya va infratuzilmaviy xususiyatlarini hisobga olgan holda standartlarni differensial joriy etish, loyihalarni “yashil” reyting asosida saralash, moliyaviy ragʻbatlarni natijadorlik bilan bogʻlash va raqamli monitoringni yoʻlga qoʻyish boʻyicha ilmiy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.

Аннотация. В статье изучаются теоретико-методологические, институциональные и организационно-экономические способы внедрения «зеленых» стандартов в устойчивое развитие региональной инфраструктуры. Систематизированы международные стандарты ISO, ресурсо- и энергоэффективность, климатическая устойчивость, критерии ESG и подходы к управлению жизненным циклом объектов инфраструктуры. В условиях Узбекистана разработаны научные предложения по дифференцированному внедрению стандартов, отбору проектов на основе «зеленого» рейтинга, увязке финансовых стимулов с результативностью и созданию системы цифрового мониторинга с учетом природно-климатических, ресурсных, урбанизационных и инфраструктурных характеристик регионов.

Abstract. The article studies theoretical-methodological, institutional and organizational-economic ways to implement «green» standards in the sustainable development of regional infrastructure provision. International ISO standards, resource and energy efficiency, climate resilience, ESG criteria, and approaches to life cycle management of infrastructure facilities are systematized. In the conditions of Uzbekistan, scientific proposals have been developed on the differential introduction of standards, the selection of projects based on a «green» rating, the linking of financial incentives to performance, and the establishment of digital monitoring, taking into account the natural-climatic, resource, urbanization, and infrastructural characteristics of the regions.
