Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada suv taqchilligi sharoitida Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasida sholichilik tarmog‘ini rivojlantirishning innovatsion va tashkiliy-iqtisodiy yo‘nalishlari tadqiq etilgan. Hududda suv resurslarining cheklanganligi sholichilikda ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish, suvdan oqilona foydalanish va zamonaviy agrotexnologiyalarni joriy etishni taqozo etmoqda. Tadqiqotda suvni tejovchi sug‘orish texnologiyalari, raqamli monitoring, innovatsion agrotexnik usullar, yuqori hosildor navlardan foydalanish hamda xo‘jaliklararo kooperatsiyani rivojlantirish masalalari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sholichilikda resurslardan samarali foydalanish va ishlab chiqarish xarajatlarini kamaytirishga qaratilgan tashkiliy-iqtisodiy mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.

Аннотация. В статье исследованы инновационные и организационно-экономические направления развития рисоводства в условиях дефицита водных ресурсов на примере Республики Каракалпакстан. Ограниченность водных ресурсов региона обусловливает необходимость повышения эффективности производства риса, рационального использования воды и внедрения современных агротехнологий. Рассмотрены вопросы применения водосберегающих технологий орошения, цифрового мониторинга, инновационных агротехнических методов, высокоурожайных сортов, а также развития межхозяйственной кооперации. Разработаны предложения по совершенствованию организационно-экономических механизмов, направленных на эффективное использование ресурсов и снижение производственных затрат в рисоводстве.

Abstract. This article examines the innovative and organizational-economic directions for developing the rice-growing sector under water scarcity, using the Republic of Karakalpakstan as an example. Limited water resources in the region necessitate improving rice production efficiency, rational water use, and the introduction of modern agricultural technologies. The study focuses on water-saving irrigation technologies, digital monitoring, innovative agronomic methods, high-yield rice varieties, and the development of inter-farm cooperation. Proposals are developed to improve organizational and economic mechanisms aimed at efficient resource utilization and reducing production costs in rice cultivation.
