Annotatsiya. Xalqaro turizm oqimlarining tez sur’atlarda o‘sishi, sport va salomatlikka ixtisoslashgan dasturlarning diversifikatsiyalashuvi hamda wellness (sog‘lomlashtirish va salomatlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash) yo‘nalishlarining kengayib borishi xalqaro turizm sohasida yangi imkoniyatlar bilan bir qatorda jiddiy boshqaruv muammolarini ham yuzaga keltirmoqda. An’anaviy boshqaruv tizimlari ushbu dinamik o‘zgarishlarni muntazam kuzatish, baholash va ularga o‘z vaqtida moslashish imkoniyatlarini yetarli darajada ta’minlamaydi. Mazkur jarayonlarning mohiyatini chuqurroq anglash uchun xorijiy mamlakatlarning sport-sog‘lomlashtirish turizmini rivojlantirish borasidagi ilg‘or tajribalarini hamda ularni milliy turizm sektorining rivojlanishi va barqarorligiga ta’siri nuqtayi nazaridan tahlil qilish muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shu maqsadda ilgari ishlab chiqilgan metodologik baholash yondashuvini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan konseptual asos shakllantirilgan bo‘lib, u ekspert intervyulari orqali olingan sifat ma’lumotlari va miqdoriy tadqiqot usullarini uyg‘unlashtiruvchi kompleks analitik modelni o‘z ichiga oladi.

Аннотация. Стремительный рост международных туристских потоков, диверсификация специализированных программ в области спорта и оздоровления, а также расширение направлений wellness-туризма (оздоровления и поддержания здоровья) создают не только новые возможности, но и серьёзные управленческие вызовы для международной туристской индустрии. Традиционные системы управления не в полной мере обеспечивают возможности систематического мониторинга, оценки и своевременной адаптации к данным динамичным изменениям. Для более глубокого понимания сущности происходящих процессов особое значение приобретает изучение передового зарубежного опыта развития спортивно-оздоровительного туризма, а также анализ возможностей его адаптации с учётом влияния на развитие и устойчивость национального туристского сектора. С этой целью сформирована концептуальная основа, направленная на совершенствование ранее разработанного методологического подхода к оценке, включающая комплексную аналитическую модель, интегрирующую качественные данные, полученные посредством экспертных интервью, и количественные методы исследования.

FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS AND WELLNESS TOURISM AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR ITS ADAPTATION TO THE CONDITIONS OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract. The rapid growth of international tourist flows, the diversification of specialized sports and health programs, and the expansion of wellness tourism activities are creating both new opportunities and significant management challenges for the global tourism industry. Traditional management systems do not adequately provide the capacity to systematically monitor, assess, and respond promptly to these dynamic changes. To gain a deeper understanding of these processes, it is essential to examine international best practices in the development of sports and wellness tourism and assess the possibilities of adapting them in terms of their impact on the development and sustainability of the national tourism sector. For this purpose, a conceptual framework has been developed to improve the previously established methodological assessment approach. This framework incorporates a comprehensive analytical model that integrates qualitative evidence obtained through expert interviews with quantitative research methods.
